Dear WBC Members and Colleagues: The highly regarded WBC Craftsmanship Awards program is moving into its second half century with the 51st annual event this year. We have an outstanding series of activities planned over the next several months where we will all be “Celebrating Quality Craftsmanship”.  The celebration will culminate on Friday, March 30, 2007, with the spectacular awards banquet recognizing over 350 individual craftsmen. We are honored to serve on the 2007 Craftsmanship Awards Committee and would like to invite your firm to participate in the craftsmanship competition.  Please consider taking part this year in the rewarding process of recognizing the dedicated men and women who keep our industry moving forward. The deadline for submitting entries for the 2007 awards program is November 17, 2006.  On January 18, 2007, teams of industry judges will evaluate all craftsmanship entries based upon creative ingenuity, precision and the special skills associated with quality craftsmanship.   If you would like to volunteer to serve as a judge, please click here. Please note that the awards banquet is moving back to Friday night in our ongoing effort to make the evening more user-friendly.   The event will be held at the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel on March 30, 2007.  We hope you will be able to join us for this awards banquet.
