 Washington Building CongressThe Washington Building Congress is the oldest and largest local association representing all facets of the commercial real estate, design and construction industries. Founded in 1937, the WBC was established to advocate on behalf of the collective interests of its members by promoting the advancement of the local industry through education, networking, and the forming of valuable alliances. WBC has over 700 members including developers, brokers, general contractors, property managers, realtors, government officials, architects, engineers, subcontractors, public utilities, accountants, suppliers, bankers, trade associations, bonding agents, insurance agents, labor unions, lawyers and consultants.
