Congress’ Annual Craftsmanship Awards
Banquet was held at the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel on March 26, 2010.
In opening remarks, Jonathan Kurtis, WBC's 72nd Chairman of the Board,
welcomed
the more than 1,100 commercial real estate industry professionals,
spouses and friends in attendance.
In the last 54 years, over
8,900 craftsmen have been recognized for their workmanship on over
2,600 winning projects.
For the third time in the
event's history, five craftsmen were inducted into the WBC
Craftsman Hall of Fame. Each year up to five craftsmen may be
nominated by the WBC Craftsmanship Awards Committee and subsequently
approved by the WBC Board of Directors to be inducted in the Craftsman
Hall of Fame.
