Recognizing and responding to change, Carr actively manages over $200M of new construction projects in the development pipeline.

EDENS is a retail real estate owner, operator and developer with a national portfolio. Regional projects include Mosaic, Union Market, 530 First, Arlington Ridge, Montgomery Village and Van Dorn Plaza.

PN Hoffman has developed mixed-use, office and retail communicates all across the Washington Metropolitan Area. The company recently completed Phase 1 of The Wharf and is focusing on Phase II.

Fees refunded only if written notice is received no later than Nov. 26, 2018.  In the event of written cancellation, WBC may retain $15 of initial fee to cover administrative costs.
