All contractors work with contracts, but did you know that a government contract is a very different arena? Larry Prosen, a construction attorney who has been involved in hundreds of federal and state government contracts over his career, will provide an introduction to government contracts and the Federal Acquisition Regulations or "FAR".
This introductory seminar covers topics such as contract formation, bid protests, small business issues, the False Claims Act and other basics, this interactive seminar will include questions from attendees and the opportunity to gain a better understanding from the largest purchaser of construction in the world – the U.S. Government.
This seminar is a must attend if you are presently doing work with the government, whether federal, state or local, or are contemplating entering that arena.
