WBC Women's Round Table version 2.0

Wednesday, February 19, 2020 (5:30pm - 8pm US/Eastern)
Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman Office
1200 17th Street, NW [map]
Washington, DC

Welcome WBC and Washington DC professionals, both male and female, to version 2.0 of the Women’s Round Table Event. For the second time in as many years, the Washington Building Congress has brought together a stellar group of female leaders to guide table discussions. The topics will include constructive collaboration with male counterparts, women advancing into leadership roles, and the importance of growing a verdant network as professional women in our industry. In a new addition this year, the evening will begin with a question and answer session with a panel of male AECO leaders. What systems and structures has firm leadership put in place to overcome unconscious bias and have these efforts resulted in career advancement for the women on their staff? We anticipate several takeaways from the event from women feeling energized and empowered in their careers to men having a better understanding of how to collaborate with their female colleagues. Please join us for an exciting night filled with meaningful dialogue!
