Phase 2 of the Silver Line construction began in 2014 and is expected to be completed by 2020. This massive expansion of the Metro system is bringing a significant increase of development to the corridor. Please join us to hear from a panel of industry experts regarding the current and future multi-billion dollar industry impact the Silver Line is projected to have on Fairfax and Loudoun Counties.

The Silver Line expansion is adding another 11.5 miles to Loudoun County through Washington Dulles International Airport and will include six rail stations, nine entrance pavilions and pedestrian bridges, aerial guideways through Dulles Airport, and 89,000 feet of track. Phase 2 will provide a direct ride from Dulles to downtown Washington, creating a significant connection between the nation’s capital and the Dulles corridor, along with attracting significant commercial development activity.
