Mark joined the Forrester team in 2004 as an\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.forresterconstruction.com\/careers\/#college-students\">intern<\/a>\u00a0and has built a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.forresterconstruction.com\/careers\/#working-at-forrester\">career at Forrester<\/a>\u00a0since.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignleft size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"293\" height=\"230\" src=\"https:\/\/www.wbcnet.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/Mark-Rolfs-forrester-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-13072\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p>Early in his career, Mark gained experience in preconstruction, estimating, and purchasing where he learned under the founder, Rick Forrester, before spending many years in Operations. His technical excellence, client service mentality, and disciplined approach help Forrester\u2019s teams deliver projects that exceed expectations and leads to repeat clients like&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.arlingtondiocese.org\/\">the Catholic Diocese of Arlington<\/a>,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/kensingtonseniorliving.com\/\">Kensington Senior Living<\/a>,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/capitolseniorshousing.com\/about-us\/\">Capitol Seniors Housing<\/a>,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/nomaparks.org\/\">NoMa Parks<\/a>, and more. Many of Mark\u2019s projects have earned&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.forresterconstruction.com\/forrester-projects-earn-industry-recognition-in-2023\/\">industry awards and recognition<\/a>, including&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.forresterconstruction.com\/forrester-construction-wins-two-eagle-awards\/\">multiple Associated Building and Contractor National Excellence in Construction Awards<\/a>.
