We do not issue nametags for this event. Seating is done by company name. Seating charts, referencing company names and table numbers, will be displayed during the awards reception. Cancellation and Other Policies:
CANCELLATION: Ticket fees will be refunded only if WBC receives notice of cancellation ON or BEFORE March 14, 2025. In the event of cancellation, WBC will retain $50 per person of initial fee to cover administrative costs. NO REFUNDS AFTER MARCH 14, 2025.General Hotel Information:
A block of rooms at the Washington Hilton Hotel has been reserved for banquet attendees. A special rate of $289 is available online. Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The cut-off date for this special rate is MARCH 16, 2025.Travel Information:
Parking:Limited discounted self parking is available. A special rate of $25 will be provided for this event. Upon departure, please mention WBC to get the discounted rate. Please also consider parking at nearby garages.
