Cancellation and Other Policies:
CANCELLATION: Ticket fees will be refunded only if WBC receives notice of cancellation ON or BEFORE March 15, 2019. In the event of cancellation, WBC will retain $50 per person of initial fee to cover administrative costs. NO REFUNDS AFTER MARCH 15, 2019.General Hotel Information:
