Mike Wilson, Senior Vice President - Construction
Carr City Centers, LLC is a mixed-use acquisitions and development company founded by Oliver T. Carr, Jr. Since 1966, the Carr Companies have focused on building communities where people can thrive, and maintains ownership and management interests in over 40 executive suite, hotel, commercial and retail assets in 8 markets across the country. Recognizing and responding to change, Carr actively manages over $200M of new construction projects in the development pipeline.

Jeff Kaufman, Managing Director - Development
EDENS is a retail real estate owner, operator and developer with a national portfolio. Regional projects include Mosaic, Union Market, 530 First, Arlington Ridge, Montgomery Village and Van Dorn Plaza.

Matt Steenhoek, Vice President of Development
PN Hoffman has developed mixed-use, office and retail communicates all across the Washington Metropolitan Area. The company recently completed Phase 1 of The Wharf and is focusing on Phase II.

Fees will be refunded only if written notice is received no later than November 26, 2018. In the event of cancellation, WBC will retain $15 of initial fee to cover administrative costs.
