Cancellation and Other Policies:

COVID-19: If you choose to attend this WBC event, please keep in mind the CDC’s latest guidelines. By attending this event, you are willingly assuming all risks in relation to COVID-19 exposure. If you are sick or have general related symptoms, we ask that you stay home. In compliance with current Montgomery County rules, please wear a mask when not eating/drinking and when in common areas outside of WBC designated event spaces.

CANCELLATION: Fees will be refunded only if WRITTEN notice is received by the WBC no later than December 8, 2021. In the event of cancellation, WBC will retain $30 per registration of the initial fee to cover costs.
