The National Capital Region

The Northern Virginia Data Center sector is one of the top five markets in the U.S. along with New York (including New Jersey), San Francisco, Dallas and Los Angeles. We will discuss what makes Loudoun County such a consistent mecca for Data Center growth and what type of clients and end users want to be here. We will provide an overview of the different types of Data Centers, including Colocation, Enterprise and mixed use. We will also discuss the different type of construction aspects that go into building one of the many world-class Data Centers in this region.
