Resource Management for Small Business
Small Businesses may be limited in their ability to purchase and maintain high-end Enterprise Project Controls systems, but the basic principles of monitoring resources can be accomplished using simple tools.
The Project Controls 101 seminar will focus on small business capabilities to track their resources. Included in the discussion will be: Project Schedules, Budgets, Job Cost, Preparing and Maintaining Project Logs, Monitoring and documenting Changes, Providing notice to GC/Owners, Maintain Project files, and more.

Ms. Anne Marie Tombros is the president and sole-owner of Vango. She has over 30 years of construction experience, 20 of which in construction consulting and is a recognized expert in the field of construction documentation. She has worked for owners, subcontractors and general contractors on a range of construction projects including: schools, retail/mixed use space, museums, energy production and transmission, heavy highway, airports, transportation, hospitals, and research facilities.
