Special Award
A very special Star Award was presented to Daniel J. Feil, owner’s representative for the New Terminal at Ronald Reagan National Airport. The project was selected to receive special recognition because the Star Award judges felt that it fully encompassed all three awards criteria, Visual and Technical Excellence and Excellence in the Face of Adversity.
