How long has your company been a member of WBC? 1983.

Why did you get involved with WBC? I wanted to have the opportunity to be part of an organization that includes leadership at all levels amongst various organizations while celebrating and promoting our trades.

Describe WBC in 3 words. Collaborative. Inclusive. Innovative.

What company do you work with and what’s your role there? Whiting-Turner. Like the rest of the W-T family, I wear multiple hats. I am involved with operations/management, recruiting, preconstruction, design-build, industry excellence, business development, and event planning!

What is your favorite event and why? Holiday party at Congressional – large turnout every year and great venue.

What advice would you give to a new member? Get involved and join a committee.

What prior committees have you served on? Chair of the Regional  Development Committee

Share one fun fact that members might not know about you: Played four years of varsity football in college.

Favorite Activity Outside of Work: Social sports (e.g. bowling, darts, shuffleboard, corn hole, foosball, table tennis, mini-golf, etc)

Favorite Place to Travel/Vacation: Iceland

Favorite Restaurant: It changes every month with all of the up and coming restaurants in DC. However, it is currently a five-way tie between The Dabney, Albi, Rumi’s, Anju, and Imperfecto.

Favorite Tool: My laser meter (it goes everywhere with me).
